This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 20th day of May, 2019, between Home Bank, N.A. (the “Bank” or the “Employer”), a nationally chartered bank which is the wholly owned subsidiary of Home Bancorp, Inc. (the “Corporation”), and Scott Andrew Ridley (the “Executive”).
