THIS THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 20th day of September 2019 by and between Hudson Technologies, Inc., P.O. Box 1541, One Blue Hill Plaza, Pearl River, New York 10965, Hudson Technologies Company, P.O. Box 1541, One Blue Hill Plaza, Pearl River, New York 10965 and Aspen Refrigerants, Inc., P.O. Box 1541, One Blue Hill Plaza, Pearl River, New York 10965 (hereinafter Hudson Technologies, Inc., Hudson Technologies Company and Aspen Refrigerants, Inc. are collectively referred to herein as “Hudson”) and Kevin J. Zugibe, residing at P.O. Box 754, Pearl River, New York 10965 (“Executive”).
