This 2019 SUPPLEMENTAL EXECUTIVE RETIREMENT PLAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this 23rd day of September 2019, by and between Select Bank & Trust Company (the “Bank”), a North Carolina banking corporation, and Lynn H.
