(“IPC”), a Delaware corporation, with offices at 9200 South Dadeland Boulevard #705, Miami, Florida 33156, and Turbochef Technologies, Inc., (“Supplier”), a Delaware corporation having an address at 10500 Metric Drive, Suite 128, Dallas, Texas 75243.
