This Agreement is entered into and made effective as of December 29, 2008 (the "Effective Date") between Tanger Properties Limited Partnership (the "Company") and KEVIN M. DILLON (the "Executive"). The Company and the Executive are sometimes referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
