Woodlief is made and entered into effective on the dated signed below, by and between John B. Woodlief (“Executive”) and Harris Teeter Supermarkets, Inc. (f/k/a Ruddick Corporation), a North Carolina corporation (“Company”). As used herein, the term “Company” shall include the Company and any and all of its subsidiaries, unless the context otherwise requires.
