AGREEMENT made this 29th day of January, 2015, between John Hancock Advisers, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”), and John Hancock Asset Management a division of Manulife Asset Management (US) LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Subadviser”).
