THIS AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF REORGANIZATION (the “Plan”) is made this 24th day of February, 2015, by John Hancock Variable Insurance Trust (“JHV IT”), a Massachusetts business trust, on behalf of the “Acquired Fund” and its “Acquiring Fund” listed below, both of which are separate series or funds of JHV IT.
