AMENDMENT made as of this 1st day of January, 2017 to the Subadvisory Agreement dated January 1, 2014 as amended (the “Agreement”), between John Hancock Advisers, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”), and Wellington Management Company LLP, (“Wellington”) a Delaware limited liability partnership (the "Subadviser").
