This Business Cooperation Agreement (“the Agreement”) entered into this 6th day of March 2006, by and among hanarotelecom, inc.(“hanarotelecom”) whose main office is located at Asiaone Bldg., 17-7 Yeouido-dong, Youngdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Celrun Co., Ltd.
