The BUYER will prepay the amount of [l]* Euro/kg for the total above agreed contract quantity. The invoices, regarding deliveries up to the annual agreed quantity, will be reduced by [l]* Euro/kg with each shipment. So WACKER’s invoice will state the above agreed prices on the invoice, but will make note, that the BUYER has only to pay the invoice amount reduced by [l]* Euro/kg. [l]* uro/kg of the prepayment remain at WACKER.
