This CREDIT AGREEMENT, (the “Agreement”) dated as of November 7, 2013, is among CHICAGO MERCANTILE EXCHANGE INC., a Delaware corporation (together with its successors and assigns, “CME” or the “Company”) and a wholly owned subsidiary of CME Group Inc.
