An Agreement made the fifth day of July one thousand nine hundred and seven between the Koninklijke Nederlandsche Maatschappij Tot Exploitatie Van Petroleumbronnen in Nederlandsche-Indie a Company incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Holland (hereinafter called the Royal Dutch Company) of the one part and The “Shell” Transport and Trading Company Limited a Company incorporated in England under the Companies Acts 1862 to 1900 (hereinafter called “the Shell Company”) of the other part.
