Resignations. 1.1 By executing this Agreement, you resign your position as a member of the Board of Directors of ESI and as an officer or director of any related or affiliated company of ESI effective April 23, 2002. 1.2 Your employment with the Company will terminate May 31, 2004 (the “Separation Date”).
