Employment. ESI hereby employs Executive as the President and Chief Executive Officer of ESI and Executive accepts such employment with ESI, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”). 2. Period of Employment. Executive’s employment hereunder shall commence on the date hereof (the “Effective Date”) and shall continue until terminated in accordance with the provisions of section 8. 3.
