THIS AMENDMENT NO. 4 AND LIMITED WAIVER to Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement (this “Amendment”) is entered into this 2nd day of February, 2011, by and among SILICON VALLEY BANK (“Bank”), a California banking corporation, GLU MOBILE INC., a Delaware corporation (“Glu Mobile”) and GLU GAMES INC., a Delaware corporation (“Glu Games”, together with Glu Mobile, each a “Borrower” and collectively, jointly and severally, “Borrower”).
