This letter sets forth the terms and conditions of our agreement (the “Agreement”) regarding the mutual separation of your employment with Hot Topic, Inc. (the “Company”). This Agreement will become effective on the date specified in Section 13, below. Once effective, this Agreement shall supersede the Employment Letter Agreement dated September 9, 2009 between you and the Company, except as specifically noted herein.
