THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of the 7th day of November, 2011 (the “Effective Date”), and is made by and between UNITED SECURITY BANCSHARES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“USB”); FIRST UNITED SECURITY BANK, an Alabama banking corporation (“FUSB”; USB and FUSB are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company”); and JAMES F. HOUSE, an individual resident of the State of Alabama (the “Executive”).
