THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of December 14, 2011 and will be effective as of January 3, 2011 (the “Effective Date”), by and between DeVry Inc. (“DeVry”), and Timothy J. Wiggins (the “Executive”). DeVry and the Executive are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and together as “Parties.”
