THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into as of the 5th day of February, 2013 (the "Effective Date"), by and between William F. "Brad" Bradley, Jr. ("Executive") and NIC Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"). This Agreement amends and restates all prior agreements between Executive and the Company with respect to the subject matter hereof.
