THIS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 19th day of November, 2013 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Thomas S. Elley (the “Employee”); First United Security Bank, an Alabama banking corporation (the “Bank”); and United Security Bancshares, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“USB”; together with the Bank, the “Company”).
