(“FBMS”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Mississippi, with its principal office located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and BCB HOLDING COMPANY, INC. (“BCB”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Alabama, with its principal office located in Mobile, Alabama.
