THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), entered into on the 11th day of April, 2014, by and between Akorn, Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Louisiana (the “Company”), and Bruce Kutinsky (“Executive Officer”).
