This TERM LOAN CREDIT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of April 30, 2014, among PIER 1 IMPORTS (U.S.), Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), PIER 1 IMPORTS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.
