This Agreement, dated as of March 6, 2015, is between Polaris Industries Inc., Polaris Sales Europe Sárl, as a Foreign Borrower, any other Foreign Subsidiary that hereafter becomes a party to this Agreement as a Foreign Borrower, the Lenders and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, as LC Issuer, Swing Line Lender and as Administrative Agent.
