This Restricted Stock Award Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of September 18, 2015 by and between Contango ORE, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Brad Juneau (the “Participant”). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used in this Agreement shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the 2010 Equity Compensation Plan (the “Plan”).
