This Agreement, dated as of May 2, 2016, is between Polaris Industries Inc., Polaris Sales Europe Sàrl, as a Foreign Borrower, any other Foreign Subsidiary that hereafter becomes a party to this Agreement as a Foreign Borrower, the Lenders and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, as LC Issuer, Swing Line Lender and as Administrative Agent.
