This Cooperation Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of July 26, 2019, by and among Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and the entities and natural persons set forth on the signature page hereto (collectively, “Investor”) (each of the Company and Investor, a “Party” to this Agreement, and collectively, the “Parties”).
