THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 8, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Adtalem Global Education Inc. (“Adtalem”) and Lisa W. Wardell (the “Executive”). Adtalem and the Executive are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and together as “Parties.”
