This notice is issued pursuant to the Claims Procedure for Canwest Global Communications Corp. (“Canwest Global”) and the other applicants listed on Schedule “A” (the “Applicants”), their Directors and Officers and the partnerships listed on Schedule “B” (collectively and together with Canwest Global and the Applicants, the “CMI Entities”) approved by the Order of the Honourable l granted [October 6], 2009 in the CCAA Proceedings (the “Order”). Capitalized terms used herein are as defined in the Order unless otherwise noted.
