THIS FOURTH AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 31, 2014, by and between REPUBLIC AIRWAYS HOLDINGS INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and WAYNE C. HELLER (the “Executive”).
