Mountain Avenue, Fort Collins, CO 80524, or its assigns (the “Holder”), is entitled to subscribe for and purchase at the Exercise Price (defined below) from WestMountain Index Advisor, Inc., a Colorado corporation with its principal office at 2186 S. Holly Street, Suite 104, Denver, CO 80222 (the “Company”), Exercise Shares (as defined below).
