This Settlement and Release Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of October 22, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between GrowLife Innovations, Inc., a Washington corporation, (“Transferor” or “GrowLife”), and All Commercial Floors, Inc., a Texas corporation, (“Transferee” or “ACF”).
