This Agreement is entered into among the financial institution executing this Agreement ________________________ ("Financial Institution"), A.Q. Johnson & Co., Inc. ("A.Q. Johnson") and Mundoval Funds ("Trust") with respect to those series of the Trust listed in Exhibit A hereto (each series referred to individually as a "Fund" and collectively as the "Funds") for whose shares of beneficial interest ("Shares").
