THIS MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (“Management Agreement”) is made and entered into this first day of November 2006, by and between Ancora Trust (the “Trust”) and Ancora Advisors LLC (the “Investment Advisor”). Each of the Trust and the Investment Advisor may be referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
