On June 5, 2009, the Board of Trustees of the Azzad Funds approved the appointment of Azzad Asset Management, Inc. (the “Adviser”) to act as investment adviser for the Azzad Ethical Mid Cap Fund, a series of the Trust, pursuant to an investment advisory agreement on behalf of the series.
