(the “Fund”), a Maryland Corporation, The Moneypaper Advisor, Inc., the Registered Investment Advisor (the “RIA”) a New York Corporation, and Arbor Court Capital, LLC (“ACC”), a limited liability corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Ohio.
