THIS OPERATING SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 1st day of March, 2019, by and between the Monteagle Funds, a Delaware business trust, with its principal office and place of business at 2506 Winford Avenue, Nashville, TN 37211, (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”) on behalf of its separate series the Monteagle Opportunity Equity Fund (hereinafter referred to as the “Portfolio”), and Nashville Capital Corporation (“Nashville”), a Tennessee corporation, with its principal office and place of business at 2506 Winford Avenue, Nashville, TN 37211 (hereinafter referred to as “Nashville”).
