This CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER SERVICES AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 1st day of November, 2017 by and between Archer Investment Series Trust, a Ohio business trust (the “Trust”) and Empirical Administration, LLC, a Ohio limited liability company (“Empirical”).
