This Management Agreement (the “Agreement”) made as of the 19th day of November, 2020, effective as of December 1, 2020, by and between Monteagle Funds a Delaware business trust with its principal office and place of business at 2506 Winford Avenue, Nashville, TN 37211 (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series the Monteagle Opportunity Equity Fund (the “Fund”) and Park Place Capital Corporation, a Tennessee corporation, with its principal office and place of business at 2506 Winford Avenue, Nashville, TN 37211 (the “Adviser”).

THIS OPERATING SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 19th day of November, 2020, effective as of December 1, 2020, by and between the Monteagle Funds, a Delaware business trust, with its principal office and place of business at 2506 Winford Avenue, Nashville, TN 37211, (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”) on behalf of its separate series the Monteagle Opportunity Equity Fund (hereinafter referred to as the “Portfolio”), and Park Place Capital Corporation (“Park Place Capital”), formerly known as Park Place Capital Corporation, a Tennessee corporation, with its principal office and place of business at 2506 Winford Avenue, Nashville, TN 37211 (hereinafter referred to as “Park Place Capital”).
