THIS OPERATING SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made, effective as of July 21, 2022, by and between the Monteagle Funds, a Delaware business trust, with its principal office and place of business at 2506 Winford Avenue, Nashville, TN 37211, on behalf of its separate series the Monteagle Select Value Fund (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), and Park Place Capital Corporation, a Tennessee corporation, with its principal office and place of business at 2001 Park Place, Ste 525, Birmingham, AL 35203 (hereinafter referred to as “Park Place Capital”).
