THIS SERVICING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of June 1, 2006, among Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. (the “Servicer” or the “Company”) and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the holders of the certificates issued by MASTR Asset Securitization Trust 2006-2 (including its successors in interest and any successor trustee under the Pooling Agreement defined below, the “Trustee”).
