Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), proposes to sell to you, Barclays Capital Inc., acting on its own behalf and as representative (the “Representative”) of the underwriters listed in Schedule I hereto (the “Underwriters”), fifteen (15) classes of the Depositor’s C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-CB2, in the original principal amount and with the designation described on Schedule A attached hereto (the “Offered Certificates”).
