This Servicing Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 1, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), between Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., having an address at 1 Home Campus, Des Moines, Iowa 50328-0001 (the “Servicer” or the “Company”) and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee for the holders of the certificates issued by Deutsche Alt-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-2 (including its successors in interest and any successor trustee under the Pooling Agreement as defined below, the “Trustee”) and acknowledged and agreed to by ACE Securities Corp., as depositor (the “Depositor”), DB Structured Products, Inc., as seller (“DBSP”) and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as master servicer (the “Master Servicer”) and as securities administrator (the “Securities Administrator”).
