THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective the 15th day of April, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between NORTHRIM BANK, a state‑chartered commercial bank, with its principal office in Anchorage, Alaska (the “Employer”), and Benjamin Craig (the “Executive”).
