This Flight Training Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as this 19th day of April, 2011 between PAN AM INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT ACADEMY, INC., with offices located at 5000 NW 36th Street, Miami, Florida (“PanAm”) and Baltia Airlines (“Customer”) with offices located at John F.
