THIS SHARE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of the 8th day of June 2015 (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and among, Artex Corp., a Nevada corporation (“ARXQ”) and Speed Flyer Limited, a Seychelles corporation, (“SFL”). ARQX and SFL are referred to singularly as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
