THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED REVOLVING CREDIT/TERM LOAN AGREEMENT ("Amendment") is made and dated as of June __, 2004, by and between SUNTRUST BANK, a Georgia banking corporation (“Lender”), and COMMUNITY BANKSHARES, INC., a Georgia corporation (“Borrower”).
