Westshore Boulevard, Suite 925, Tampa, Florida 33607 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and Jana Corporation, whose address is 770 SE 19th Avenue, Suite 1, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441, (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”).
