Exhibit 10(uuu) INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT This Indemnification Agreement (the “Agreement”), made as of June 4, 2003, by and between FPIC INSURANCE GROUP, INC., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), and TERENCE P. McCOY, M.D. a director and/or officer of the Company (the “Indemnitee”).
